LATE ARRIVALS • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled, and the 50% fee will apply. NEW COLOR CLIENTS • All new color clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to any color service. This ensures the best possible results. Cancellation Policy
